The Project is proposed to locate in a well-established industrial zone in eastern Jakarta, Greenland International Industrial Center (GIIC), with land area of ~68,000 sqm which is sufficient to expand into ~80MW IDC campus ultimately and provides the flexibility to develop in phases to meet with customer needs. Project Ignite initially covers the investment and development plan for the first phase of 20MW only.
Phase I will involve the construction of basic infrastructure of the campus and one data hall block, with the first ~10MW data hall expected to be ready for service by 2024 Q4
